Founded in 2017 by pitmaster Mike Porcari and his wife

Aparecida De Souza, Mike’s BBQ 101 started with a simple dream: to bring authentic, slow-smoked barbecue to the heart of the Florida Keys.

From their food truck, stationed at Dolphins Plus Bayside in Key Largo, they’ve been serving Texas-style brisket, St. Louis spare ribs, Carolina pulled pork, and homestyle sides that keep guests coming back for more.
